Assignments rooms occur randomly, if you want to stay in a specific room will do everything possible to try to accommodate you.
When booking you will be required to enter details of a credit card to guarantee the reservation. When booking will not be made without charges on your credit card. The bill will be paid upon arrival.
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellations or changes made after that time it will be charged 100% of the first night. In case of no-shows will be charged 100% of the entire stay. If for any reason you decided to anticipate your departure during your stay you will be charged the full amount of reservation without exception.
Non-refundable rates: in case of cancellation, modification or no show will be charged the full amount. The full amount will be charged at any time after booking.
Be careful, remember to let us know your arrival’s time (time and number of the train, bus or plane ...) otherwise you could risk not finding anyone to welcome you.
We remind you that the check-in can be made only by appointment until 20:00.
All check-in after 20:00 will be made in self check in mode that expect sanding guest documents in advance.
Check out until 10:30.
Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00.
